Payment confirmation will reach you by Email or SMS as soon as the payment is made. The visa or ticket will reach you by Email in case of an e-ticket or e-visa. In case any original documents has to be sent to the customer then it will reach you by mail.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
REFUNDS WILL BE DONE ONLY THROUGH THE ORIGINAL MODE OF PAYMENT!
Cancellation:
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Refund Policy for visa processing
If for any reason you wish to cancel a service before your passport and other supporting documents were submitted to immigration by Seaman Colombus Tours you can do so without any penalties or charges by calling us or informing us in advance. You will receive a full refund of any fees paid for this particular service. However, if you decide to cancel after your passport and supporting documents were sent to immigration no refund will be given and the service will be completed. No service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, shipping charges or any portion thereof will be refunded after the application process has begun.
If your visa application is rejected for any reason by immigration authorities, Seaman Tours will charge an application and service fee. The remaining amount, if applicable will be refunded to you. Seaman Tours reserve the right to refuse any refund based on individual cases.
Deposit Refund
Costumer paying deposit for visa will be credited back to their account once the applicants exits the country and it shows “Exited the country” in the immigration system.
Refund Policy for Flight tickets
The ability to change or cancel an air ticket depends on the terms and conditions laid down by the Airline in each such case, and Seaman Colombus Tours has no influence over these situations.
Any costs which may arise in the case of a change or cancellation of a travel service which is specified in the terms and conditions laid down by each Airline company shall be paid by the user alone.
Where the supplier grants the user the right to cancel or change the product or service selected, the user is obliged to inform Seaman Tours in writing whether he/she wishes to cancel or change the service, otherwise we may not be responsible.
Before making any booking the user is obliged to read and agree to the rules and restrictions.
Services charges for cancelling / changing any service are in line with market norms. The commission paid when the service was purchased will not be returned in the event of cancellation.
Where cancellations take place due to the supplier’s fault, no cancellation fees will be applied and Seaman Tours will not impose service charges.
Processing time
Processing time for visas quoted by Seaman Tours are approximate and based on processing times provided by Immigration and consulates under normal circumstances. Processing time should be calculated starting the next business day of the date when the documents are delivered to Seaman Tours. Immigration may request additional documents and may delay and/or deny processing at their discretion without further explanations. Seaman Tours will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing. No service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, shipping charges or any portion thereof will be refunded due to delays or denial of service.
Fees and Payments
You agree that your credit card(s) will be billed immediately after online verification takes place. You agree to pay all fees and charges for any products or services offered for sale by Seaman Tours or by any other vendor or service provider through the Seaman network. You shall pay all applicable taxes and shipping charges relating to the purchase of any other products or services. Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and visas are subject to change, including, but not limited to, embassy consular fees, application forms and documentation required for visa issuance, which are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
Seaman tours uses professional courier companies like DHL and FedEx for most of our shipping needs if applicable. Seaman Tours uses standard envelopes and other standard packing materials provided by courier companies as instructed by a client. Sometimes documents get damaged or lost during shipping. Seaman Tours is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while the product is in client’s possession or in transit. Seaman Tours is not responsible for any failures or mistakes by shipping companies to deliver, deliver on time, track, locate, and keep safe, any and all packages. Seaman Tours cannot and does not warrant any claims or guarantees made by shipping companies as to the quality of service, timely delivery, availability of service, and other claims.
